Kat Tudor’s Thursday Classes (today the 28th) is donation only for Haiti.
My last Haiti Donation Thursday Yoga classes are today, with all proceeds being sent to Partners In Health for medical assistance in Haiti. You can read their mission statement here. Over $400.00 in donations have been collected so far. Support a good cause while doing something great for yourself, too.
The class times on Thursdays are, 12:30pm – 2:00pm and 5:00pm – 6:30pm. Please join me at the inner space (above Poor Richard’s) if you are able.
