Yoga

Rita Serby
Rita Serby has been practicing yoga for the majority of her adult life. Rita’s style of teaching is based on the Hatha Yoga practice. Most classes will be slow Vinyasa flow for beginner level students, but all level students are always welcome. Rita wishes to inspire other students to find the happiness, beauty, and fulfillment Yoga provides; which she says she has found by working through her own difficulties accomplishing Yoga poses and her new perspective provided by her path to become a Yogi. She hopes her students find joy in her classes, as she does in her practice, and hopes her students leave content with an open heart and clear mind.

Fridays 5:30pm – 6:30pm
I specialize in beginner classes, encouraging students to build a home practice. Experienced students will enjoy more challenging poses offered as modifications to the poses, taking students to an intermediate level.

I encourage all yoga practitioners to go inward- to listen to the wisdom of their own organism. For, you are your greatest teacher. You hold the key to experiencing a state of health and wholeness- all you need to do is listen. We are all hooked up to source. Your DNA is saturated with all life’s answers.
