This class is an introduction to Wisdom Healing Qigong and the form Lift Chi up, Pour Chi Down. The class will focus on learning simple, gentle movements and visualizations that improve health, vitality and happiness. Qigong has been a healing resource for thousands of years in China. Today we are learning how these practices put principles found in quantum physics into practical use for personal healing. This class combines yoga with a powerful current day meditation practice. It is all about deepening your connection
within to the love and to the light. Gentle hatha yoga, stretching, dancing, letting go.The class is set to a variety of music. It is a mind, body, and heart opening experience.
Learn and practice Foundational Tai Chi and Qigong movements such as joint and spinal breathing and silk reeling exercises to improve health, vitality, balance and flexibility. These exercises benefit those of any Tai Chi style or those who are new to Tai Chi. Qigong helps to improve any style of Tai Chi or Martial Arts as well as improve one’s health significantly. Very gentle focused movements that incorporate breathing and visualizations.
